Funding for Invasive Species Projects

Do you have an Invasive Species Project that Needs Funding?

2019 Capital Mohawk Project Requests for Proposals The Capital Mohawk PRISM is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP's) for the 2019 calendar year. The PRISM has a dedicated amount of funding for partner organizations throughout the Capital Region for invasive species related projects.

The PRISM is in year two of administering a five year contract (2018-2022) funded through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation via the Environmental Protection Fund. As part of the agreement with the NYSDEC we are pleased to announce another round of funds to be released for contract work on behalf of the Capital Mohawk PRISM. For the 2019 calendar year a few changes in procuring project proposals, delivering, and reporting the scope work with a project has changed to make the process more efficient and tailored to contract recipients. The PRISM Steering Committee has requested that the proposals align with the greater goals and objectives of the 2019 Work Plan. In addition each proposal request can be for an amount up to, but not exceeding, $10,000 per request.
