The PRISM is in year two of administering a five year contract (2018-2022) funded through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation via the Environmental Protection Fund. As part of the agreement with the NYSDEC we are pleased to announce another round of funds to be released for contract work on behalf of the Capital Mohawk PRISM. For the 2020 calendar year a few changes in procuring project proposals, delivering, and reporting the scope work with a project has changed to make the process more efficient and tailored to contract recipients.
