Many landowners are interested in the tax savings associated with Ag assessments as well as the benefit of having their land well maintained. In turn farmers of all sizes are interested in gaining more property to farm. This class will provide the basics for Agricultural assessments and rental agreements…It will teach you what you should know about the process and how your or a local farmer can better use the land you own.
