Making Jam & Jelly

Learn the art and science (interplay of fruit, acid, pectin and sugar) of making gelled products. Participants will take home a jar of jam or jelly. Costs $20.00 adults, $10 under 18, Pre-registration required, class size limited to 14. Instructor: Diane Whitten, CCE Nutrition Educator and Certified Master Food Preserver.
