Learn how to make a strawberry or other fruit
full sugar, low sugar or no sugar jam, plus freezer jam; a no cook recipe great
for kids that requires no canning equipment. This class will cover the basics
of canning in a boiling water bath or steam canner, including equipment needed,
plus a discussion of pectin. A demonstration is included
