Join the Capital Region PRISM and partners in a third annual water chestnut pull at Camp Road. This removal will help to maintain an access path to the Mohawk River for emergency watercraft.
Water chestnut is an aquatic invasive
plant that is found in many areas throughout New York and can form
dense mats of vegetation that negatively impacts aquatic ecosystems and
causes access problems for water recreation. (learn more) There will be a maximum of 15 registrants for this event.
