Avanti Stable in Greenfield Center is owned and operated by Dawn & Mario Martinez since 2010.With a lifetime passion for horses, Avanti Stable has grown into a substantial Thoroughbred breeding and racing operation. With a start in racing through claiming horses, Avanti has opted to breed and raise their own home-bred offspring. Concentrating on the NY Racing Programs, all offspring are born and raised in NY. Broodmares are sent to Kentucky and bred to champion stallions like Kitten’s Joy, Uncle Mo, Scat Daddy, and Union Rags, and then return and give birth here. In this way, they feel the possibilities to race and sell are limitless. The farm also homes personal riding horses, including an Arabian, a Morgan, a Paint, and a Quarter Horse.

The facility includes a 140’ x 70’ indoor arena, round pens, exercise hills, a Texas Staircase, barrels, poles, multiple obstacle challenges and private trails winding throughout 140 acres with a trainer on premises. The barn has power and water with 12’ aisles and large 12 x 12 fully matted stalls, a tack room, and upstairs and downstairs viewing areas. The 140 acres are bordered by State land and gives hours of tranquil horseback riding.
