A three class program for people with Diabetes or Prediabetes and their family members. Participants will learn how to fit carbohydrates into a healthy menu, effectively use food labels, choose meals when eating out and adopt other healthy habits through healthy eating.
The program is FREE and is being sponsored by the
Sschuylerville Lions Club.
