Farmers' Market Favorite Recipes

Cornell Cooperative Extension's Nutrition Educator Diane Whitten recently published "Farmers' Market: Favorite Recipes", a collection of 125 of her weekly Farmers' Market Recipes as seen in The Saratogian over the past 10 years. The main ingredients of each recipe in the cookbook is available locally. The recipes include fresh, unprocessed foods.

The cookbook is available for $15 at Saratoga Farmer' Market information booth, at Impressions of Saratoga on Broadway, Healthy Living Market at the Wilton Mall and the Saratoga County Cooperative Extension Office at 50 W. High St., Ballston or by completing the Mail Order Form.
