Saratoga Trail Bingo Challenge
A walk in the woods is a
great way to be active in nature…
Enjoy some fresh air and just do something that feels good!
The wonderful thing about our area is there is a lot of open
space. If the place you want to walk has other people, you have many other choices
that are close by. So, get outside and enjoy the changing season!
Featuring 14 less used walking trails
around Saratoga County. Appropriate for all ages with 3 Bingo cards for each so
the whole family can play! Just print/ screenshot and go.
Extended learning pages are supplied for quick reference
information about the things seen on the trail.
ALWAYS check the trail
website BEFORE you leave home to check on trail conditions. Wear appropriate
footwear. Sandals and sneakers are not appropriate footwear for most
trails. This time of year there is quite a bit of mud and running water.
Children and adults should wear water proof shoes so they can easily
explore nature without worry of cold wet feet. Prepare for the
possibility of ticks and insects. The trails that
are highlighted in this series are some of the lesser traveled trails
around the county. When I was out hiking them, there were very few other
people there at the same time. There
is a great deal of open space in the woods. Get out and enjoy!
