Soup Cooking Class

During this chilly time of year this class will cover the secrets on how to build the perfect soup! Learn the essentials of building a great tasting soup in layers, the essential basic flavorings, and skills and utensils needed. Participants will not only learn about the essential knowledge of soup making, but will also learn how to make instant soups, ready to enjoy in minutes or less! Instant soups are a great way to include healthy, hand selected, preserved ingredients ready to consume for easy lunches or dinners during any time of the year. Participants will learn how to make ‘Thai Coconut Milk with Rice and Minestrone Instant Soups’. In terms of cooking, participants can also dive into making their own ‘Tuscan Bean Chili with Chicken Soup, and a vegetarian French Pea Soup’.
