August 15th was a beautiful Saturday to make your way around Saratoga County to enjoy the landscape that is stitched together with horse fencing and a tapestry of pastures. Sprinkled among those pastures were a sea of bays, chestnuts and a few grays too! The 2026 Horse Farm Tour was a great day to make your way onto the horse farms that call this county home all year round. The general public had the opportunity to visit Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga , Alliance 180, Horse’n Around Acres, farm and The Cheshire Horse of Saratoga (tack store). While these are just a small sample of the amazing horse farms and business in this county this event welcomed over 300 people to come out and see first-hand the greater Saratoga County equine industry at work. This event was created to educate the general public on the important role that our local equine industry has on our local economy and community. This event is made possible by CCE Equine (a division of CCE Saratoga) and the sponsors of CCE Equine’s program that services those in our equine industry all year long.
