Do you have a plentiful garden harvest and aren’t sure what to do with all the fresh produce you’ve grown? Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County invites gardeners and food enthusiasts to join Brenna Kavakos for Cooking Using Your Garden Harvest, a hands-on cooking demonstration and tasting featuring delicious ways to make the most of your garden bounty.

The program will take place on Tuesday, September 22, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Schwerd Building, 556 Middleline Road, Ballston Spa. Participants will learn creative and practical ways to turn homegrown produce into delicious dishes they can enjoy and share.

The cost is $25 per person, and preregistration is required by September 18.

All proceeds from the program will benefit the CCE Saratoga Unlimited Garden Fundraiser, supporting the continued development and revitalization of this special community garden.
