Dining with Diabetes is a program designed for people with diabetes and their family members. A series of three classes that includes learning, demonstrations, and tasting of healthy foods.Participants will learn how to fit carbohydrates into a healthy menu, effectively use food labels, choose meals at a restaurant and adopt other healthy habits to help manage diabetes.
