Saratoga County farms continue to produce and with groceries stores struggling to maintain stock, more people are turning to local agriculture for their food supply. The Saratoga Farmers' Market is still in session at the Wilton Mall on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They have provided a spreadsheet of participating farms.
