This program is offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County. Please contact the office within one week of your sentencing to reserve a seat. YOUR ATTENDENCE IS MANDATORY and space is limited so please call CCE of Saratoga County at (518)885-8995 today.
The classes are held at CCE of Saratoga County, 50 W. High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020. The program begins at 6:00 PM SHARP and you must be signed in and seated before the program begins. It is recommended that you arrive by 5:45 PM. Your failure to comply with this requirement will bar you from attendance. Participants must attend both the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions.
There is a SEVENTY-FIVE dollar ($75.00) fee for attendance which must be paid in CASH, money orders or certified bank checks at registration. Credit cards will NOT be accepted in-person and there is no ATM on site. Credit Card payments may be made in advance. Plan accordingly, your failure to comply with this requirement will bar you from attendance.
Money orders or Certified Bank Checks should be made to “CCE of SaratogaCounty”.

Participants, please note the following:
¨Your attendance is required for BOTH evenings; the court will be notified of any failure to attend.
¨You must arrive on time. Participants will not be allowed into the classroom after class has begun and it will be treated as an absence; the court will be notified of any failure to attend.
¨If you are unable to attend the class, you must contact CCE Saratoga immediately. You are responsible for notifying the court of changes in your situation.
¨A breathalyzer will be administered upon arrival both evenings. Passing is mandatory. You are not to leave the building once test has been passed. If you MUST leave the building, a breathalyzer will be administered upon re-entrance.
¨Disruptive behavior is not permitted.
¨All assignments must be completed, to the satisfaction of the teacher, in order to receive a certificate of completion.
¨Beverages are not permitted. Water will be provided.
¨Participants may bring snacks.
¨Failure to follow any/ all program conditions as outlined above or determined by the teacher will result in failure of the class and possible expulsion from the program. The judge overseeing your case will be notified via written communication from the teacher. This may result in your resentencing.
