June 12th provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening as members of the equine community gathered for the 2026 Horsemen's Social. Beneath the twinkling lights surrounding the 4-H Training Center, guests enjoyed an intimate celebration of the facility that has served the greater Saratoga horse community and supported the CCE Equine Program for the past 20 years.

While the lights created a magical atmosphere, the true stars of the evening were the beautiful team of Percheron mares whose carriage rides around the grounds delighted guests throughout the night. Attendees also enjoyed raffle prizes, a silent auction, and several spirited rounds of BINGO, culminating in a thrilling head-to-head showdown for the coveted show saddle grand prize.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and attendees, the event raised more than $5,000. These funds will directly support the educational programming, resources, and hands-on learning opportunities that CCE Equine provides to horse owners and enthusiasts throughout our community.

From the clear skies and gentle breeze to the delicious food, refreshing beverages, and shared laughter among friends, the evening was a fitting celebration of both the Year of the Horse and the 20th Anniversary of CCE Equine.

As we reflect on two decades of serving New York's equine community, we are grateful for everyone who has contributed to the program's success. The accomplishments of the past 20 years would not have been possible without your continued support, and we look forward to building on that legacy for many years to come.
